Go West: The San Francisco Chocolate Fair

It's midnight and I just arrived at a friend's house in San Francisco. (It's 3am in New York.) Tomorrow morning, I join Seneca Klassen of Bittersweet Cafe, Karletta Moniz of The Art of Tasting Chocolate, Jeff Shepherd of Lillie Belle Farms, and my friend Chuck Siegel of Charles Chocolates at the San Francisco Chocolate Salon. I'll be talking about Central American cacao, attempting to be as eloquent as Sarah Kagan made me out to be on the Epicurious blog.
