Chocolate Radio: Dorie Greenspan on NPR

I seem to have fallen behind this Valentine's Day. I would blame it on the Kiwis (my current host country does manuka honey and dessert wine very well, but chocolate rather badly), if tardiness weren't one of my personality traits.

One person who is always on top of her game, whether chocolate-flavored or otherwise, is baker and cookbook author Dorie Greenspan. She's managed to keep her oven going every day for the past thirty years, while turning out nine sugar-infused cookbooks (including the new Baking: From My Home to Yours). She also makes an excellent chocolate commentator--she just appeared on NPR's All Things Considered, offering some last-minute Valentine's advice.

I guess we have to give the Kiwis a break; it is, after all, Middle Earth! I enjoy your blog, your articles, and your chocopertise.
