Blue Egg. With the tagline "all things being eco," Blue Egg has created a cascade of incredible resources on reducing global warming and living responsibly. I'm overjoyed to be swept up in it.

Thanks for your piece on the all important issue of sustainability in chocolate. There was a very good report on NPR recently about the cabruca method of growing cacao in the forest to improve sustainability.
